Reservations can be either by telephone or online. Generally we respond within 24 hours from the request..
Check in
From 14.00 to 24.00 .In case of arrivals in different time those indicated, please notify us in advance. Ealrier check in can be made with extra charge only after request and depends from the availability.
In case of early flight arrival you can vistit us after 9.00 am, you can storage your suitcases to our place and use the pool until your check in time.
Check out
We ask you to check out within 11:00am. In case you need to stay longer, just make arrangements earlier to allow for the best performance of our business based on availability. Late check out can be made with extra charge only after request and depends from the availability.
We accept payment by credit ,cash.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelled bookings will be subject to penalties as follows :
• up to 60 days before arrival date will not be charged any penalty.
• from 59 days to 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a penalty equal to 30% (value of the deposit paid) of the entire stay booked.
• from 29 days to 8 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a penalty equal to 50% (value of the deposit paid) of the entire stay booked.
• 7 days before the arrival date will be charged to the credit card a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay booked;
• In the case of “no show” or early departure will be charged to the credit card a penalty equal to 100% of entire stay booked.
• Prepayment that have been made for confirmations of visa papers can not be refund.
During check in and check out you may have to use may stairs and staircase therefore the property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues or walking difficulties
Pets are not allowed at property.
The towels, bed linens and pillows are for room use only.
Volume of television
We ask our guests to keep the television and any music equipment at a volume that respects the peace and harmony of the environment, particularly during the hours of rest: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 09:00.
